There’s a bit of an E scene in Scandinavia and David West, who crafts racey progressive breaks, is definitely doing his bit. Loud and furious ‘Carrier’ will work for many (129 BPM); but it’s ‘Envy’ on the flip, an unusual mixture of euro and powerful break-beats, which really stands out thanks to strong dreamy melodies on a nostalgic tip.
