Two acts/tracks on the same 12″: Haersham & Todd’s ‘Nevermore’ gets remixed by Chris Lake. Grooving along nicely with vibey funky licks, his re-rub’s truly inspired. Musical and bouncy, it then goes right into one thanks to some well thought-out highs and lows, phew. The PJ Davy re-rub of ‘Dizzy Synths’ glides along effortlessly but struggles to create as big an impression.
