The a&r of Dutch label ID&T has now set up his own operations with a handful of imprints under the Be Yourself umbrella. Big & Dirty is house (Junior Sanchez, Benjamin Bates), High Contrast is trance (Ernesto vs Bastian, Rank 1) and, for not quite fitting anywhere else, DJ Marco V has been given the chance to start his own label In Charge. Lifted off his forthcoming album ‘200V’, ‘Second Bite’, a full song led by a convincing male singer, is a very solid offering that sees him explore eighties new-wave with his usual rave-esque panache.
