Ireland’s Greame L and Cafe Mambo resident Dee McAuley join forces again to follow last year’s ‘Brazilia’ with another potential large one. The original takes its time to build a percolating, Latin-flavoured groove. Bongos and timbales stoke the action while subtle dub FX and metallic keyboards ease in to create a cool, tribal tech-house cruiser. The House Mix strips down and toughens up in the drums department and strident riffage and swelling synths. The floor-maintaining functional effect is strengthened by two sound FX acapellas.
