Having been championed by Steve Lawler for a while, Hirst is one DJ/producer on the way up. Here he drops ‘The Floor’, a really well put together chugger that’s unfortunately a little too deep for its own good and thus suffers from lack of drive and intensity. ‘Plenty’, on the flip, easily wins over with nice keys and a solid melodic theme that does the job.
