SUPACELL FEAT. PESCA FAISON
IT’S HERE – IT’S NOW
LOW PRESSINGS

After a summer in Ibiza under the influence of the druggy electronic funk of Tiefschwartz and other European producers, the Brits are developing their own take on fucked-up house. Supacell aka Peace Division work here with the demented vocal performance of Pesca Faison, a larger-than-life female singer from the US who shall remained unnamed. Dark and repetitive ‘It’s Here – It’s Now (The World Can’t Do You No Harm)’ is a freaky, if not scary, slice of mentalism (127 BPM). For now this is a one-sided promo but there are mixes from Meat Katie and 20/20’s Ralph Lawson coming. Now based in Barcelona Murray Richardson treads a similar underground path with four usable tracks ranging from electro-house to deep and chuggy grooves.
