London-based Bay Street Recordings honcho and Sun City Orchestra member Pierre ‘Each’ Laffoux unzips a pair of ultra-deep hallucino-beauties for Liverpool’s Devoted label. ‘Black Rose’ is a grainy, trouseresque shimmer, remixed with piano and alien masturbation techniques by Rawplug. ‘Maybrook’ puts the brakes on into pastoral space-breaks ambience , the Deep Mix introducing pastoral strings and lonely trumpet before Rawplug returns to turn it into a gorgeous, drifting shadow.
