I’m sure you’ve already worked out that Messrs Chamelian & Splinter have got to grips with the work of once Brit icon and recluse Kate Bush for this naughty mash-up of the Kent-lasses 1978 smash ‘Man With The Child In His Eyes’. To be fair there’s not an awful lot of Ms B’s impassioned lyrics in this gritty clubbed-up creation, yet enough of the melody is retained to make this an obvious contender to satisfy those that still can’t get enough of dance music’s current fixation with all things retro. The aptly titled ‘(Oh No! Not Another…) Jackson Bootleg’ on the flip is yet another MJ mash up (along with some other equally well-placed samples) of his oft-sampled ‘Off The Wall’ in a tribal kinda way.
