If Steve Angello’s ‘Teasing Mr Charlie’ and Jacques Le Conte’s alter ego ‘Man With Guitar’ are still in your record selection then Tom Staar’s ‘Rocket’ will make your inquisitive ears twitch like a cat’s in advance of an oncoming tornado. There are elements here of the sound of Toolroom in 2005/6 but be patient, this is the sound of Toolroom in 2014 pushing away from their deeper house leanings and bringing their big room peak time sensibility back to the fore.
