This latest from Stefano Ritteri deserves a high 5 partly because it’s just plain oddball. But then also because its superbly warped bassline is simply so inescapably addictive. The very old school nature of vocal sample contrasts it all by warbling away in the background as the supremely shuffling drums clash with a caustic blend of spacey sound fx and an occasional chiming piano chord impressively. Sounds weird? It certainly is. And beautifully so.
