I shouldn’t think Danny Krivit needs too much of an introduction as I’m sure you’ve all become close acquaintances through both his invaluable re-edits and mix compilations. Well, this wont disappoint you either as quality is rest-assured with this fine selection of great music. The significance of variation in a good DJ’s set is once again highlighted here by the inclusion of artists as varied as the Brand New Heavies to Satoshi Tomiie. With deeper flavours to truly uplifting moments this makes for an excellent listening experience either on return from a night out, or to get you in the mood in the first place. Try Mr. V’s crazy jazz on “Something” or 280 West’s seminal “Fly” and you’ll know just what you’re in for along the way. Danny Krivit’s mixing style, as always, remains fluent throughout while his programming ability proves why he’s still such an important figure in todays Dance world.
