Well itâs been a while since weâve heard from The Warlocks, & I gotta say theyâve put a large amount of swagger in their stride, delivering this power pop anthem “Itâs Just Like Surgeryä, which is taken from their forthcoming album “Surgeryä. However on the flip, the dude with the funkiest hair in town Jagz Kooner, has given The Chemical Brothers a run for their money, stripping back the guitars, adding a fat crunching break, a twisted & distorted acid b-line, then firing off pads, stabs & effects that fly all around the vocal & in & out of the mix. Phew! Thatâs a belter. The Warlocks are sounding bigger & better than ever.
