Surprisingly this classic has managed to evade the modern day unofficial remix assault to some degree, and it’s lovely to see this 2000 Slinky classic get a whole new lease of life on Solarstone’s uncompromising Pure Trance imprint. Sitting amongst a remastered original, a ‘Cowboy’ update and cool Siskin remix, it’s UK producer Simon McCann’s energetic rework that steals the show on this first wave of remixes. Polishing up all key ingredients for 2023, it’s no surprise that Dave Pearce (a heavy champion of the original on Radio 1 back in the day) is all over this well-overdue trip down memory lane! Quite simply – epic!
