Does this man ever sleep? Ever since he dropped his first releases back in 1999, LATE has been on his grind hard releasing albums with his groups Villains and Wolftown Committee, as well as dropping a solo album and featuring on over a hundred CD’s released worldwide. As well as a respected rapper he moves into the world of mixtapes with ‘part two’ of his excellent mixtape series being something that fans of Dirty South and UK Rap should be on the look out for when it drops in March. Featuring a string of unreleased tracks from the host and Rap-A-Lot recording artist Trae, this CD also features the likes of Chamillionaire, Paul Wall, Mike Jones, K-Rino, Pimp C, Jokaman and Z-Ro, as well as British rappers LATE, Jai Boo and 10Shott. There is no one in the UK pushing the Southern scene as much as LATE and this release is a true testament to the Texas movement. Please go and get this… you need it in your CD collection!
