Eric Kupper Presents K-Scope
Electrikiss
King Street Sounds

There aren’t many house producers out there with the pedigree of Eric Kupper, here releasing his first artist album in a decade. It’s really classy stuff, and the press release has it right with its mixture of ‘chills and thrills’ – Kupper spins out some really good nocturnal house, without ever resorting to jazz-based noodles or empty vocals. All cuts here are instrumental – and with the occasional nod to early house Kupper raises no.2 to a good, percussive high, while no.9 explores more techy boundaries. Smoky stuff for late nights and sunset moments, superbly produced with a sensitive ear and tapping feet.
