High drama as this Broadway classic from ‘Dreamgirls’ is given a new lease of life by ’90s house diva Carolyn Harding, and to be fair does a sterling performance in holding the attention as well as those glass-shattering notes once performed by Jennifer Holiday. Originally the work of Dave Lee back in 2007 under his often sported guise is now transformed into an essential electro-twisting remix by France’s new Gallic maestro Denis Naidanow who adds a kick-ass peak-time makeover charged with tension, raw bass and some killer electro-pads. Easily rivalling past Sessomatto singles including ‘I Need Somebody’ and ‘Movin’ On’.
