Not only does this make Jazz feel very cool again but also manages the almost impossible feat of sounding both fresh and original – the clue must be in the artist title. Go straight for the Album Mix which delivers smooth cabaret vocals, off kilter piano and intense beats with such panache that bow ties may once again feel fashionable very soon. The Club Mix throws in an electro bass with an Instrumental to go for those harder moments while an also excellent Cagedbaby Remix reconstructs the whole thing around a syncopated rhythm section and lots of hot filtered action coupled with an equally impressive arrangement. This says sit up and take note.
