The melody and lyricswere written quite quickly at the same time thanks to a tumultuous relationship that was re-ignitedwhen it shouldn’t have been. It’s a sort of love letter in a backwards kind of way”.For the last two years, Harley & Hector have been meeting two days a week, almost every week, creatingmusic that shares an equal input of musical ideas from one another. The amalgamation of styles &musical backgrounds blend together to make a sound unlike either Harley or Hector produce alone,whilst still retaining the best attributes from both. Not only are they musical partners, they are also bestfriends.
Two glistening EPs (mixed and mastered by Albert’s Favourites Dave Koor) are the product of 2 years ofstudio collaboration and many more of friendship, with the next EP due to drop early next year.
