Jamiroquai – Virtual Insanity

Unbelievable vibes that still sound as fresh today with a video to match. What a guy!!

Simply Red – Fairground

I can still hear my brother (DJ Listener) singing the chorus of this when he thought we were all out of the house. Feel good music at its best!

Myron – We Can Get Down (Groove Chronicles Remix)

Technically not away from the club but that’s the beauty of this remix from Groove Chronicles; equally suitable for home listening and getting a reload at Back To 95!

MJ Cole ft Laura Vane – Firing Up

The legendary MJ Cole again showing his versatility and musicality. Broken beat vibes and Laura Vane absolutely smashing the vocals. If you want some more MJ Cole that might have passed you by check out his remix of Caged Baby – ‘Hello There’

MJ Cole Ft. Laura Vane - Firin' Up (Original Mix)

Sting – Englishman In New York

Sting being Sting! A classic.

The Fugees – Fu-Gee-La

Was a struggle to pick out a Fugees track! (could have been ‘Ready Or Not’ or ‘Killing Me Softly’). I’ve got fond memories listening to that album whilst playing Tekken and Final Fantasy 7.

Lighthouse Family – Ocean Drive

Pure vibes from the very first second and when the chorus drops for the first time it’s game over 🙂  ‘So good’. Great memories of being in Mum’s car listening to magic like this.

Otis Reading – Sitting On The Dock Of A Bay

My old man trying to get me to school on time all the while locked into the big bad Capital Gold (Medium Wave). Good times and some great Motown vibes!

Magnetic Man – Flying Into Tokyo

What a beautiful piece of music from Magnetic Man. If you want something a little different to lift you out of your current mindset, set aside 4 minutes to listen to this.

Hans Zimmer – Interstellar

A really powerful piece of music from the film Interstellar. I’d recommend listening to the extra extended version as well if you have time.

Interstellar Main Theme - Hans Zimmer
