Growing up in London meant Rockin Moroccin was always surrounded by music. He soon started working at the drum & bass record store Lucky Spin while playing house parties and showcasing his early love of 80’s electro. Over the last 15 years in the game, he’s played all over Europe and made a big mark on Ibiza playing at HEART as well as Amnesia’s Vagabundos night. His music is aimed at the dance floor and draws on new disco, melodic, tribal and percussive styles. As his new single, ‘You Got The Love’, drops on Get Physical, DMCWorld goes back to mine with Rockin Moroccin.

Such a great track, and that voice.

Paul Kalkbrenner – Sky And Sand

Such an important track for our scene and also the movie shone a light on certain important issues. It has aged well.

Azealia Banks – 212 Ft. Lazy Jay

Love the beat and flow of this track and the several different moods it has.

Os Tribalistas (ja sei namorar)

Fell in Love with this track in South America many years ago. It can’t help putting you in a good mood when you listen to it no matter what. I still have no idea what they are singing about though, haha

Simple Minds – Don’t You (Forget About Me)

From the first guitar strum and drum beat, you realise you haven’t forgotten, haha

Rudimental – Waiting All Night (ft. Ella Eyre)

My love for drum and bass runs deep. Also the video for this track was a masterpiece
