What’s The Best Night Out You’ve ever Had?
Probably my first night out in San Francisco in 1996. My love affair with that city and its house scene was consummated.

What’s Your Favourite Club?
In the past it was a beautiful, debauchery filled venue in Orlando, FL called Knock Knock. Every time playing yielded a shock and a surprise. Presently I’m enjoying some of the sleazy warehouse spaces that are hosting multiple parties in San Francisco. I guess I just like it kinda sleazy.

What’s Your Favourite Record Of All-time?
My Bloody Valentine – Loveless LP

What Record Can’t You Stand?
“Mr. Roboto” by Styx. I don’t care what you say, that song was never cool.

What Record Did You Lose Your Virginity Too?
Actually the moment was awkwardly silent.

What Was The Last Record You Bought?
All three volumes of the “Dark Side Of Disco” series, which come from dubious origin. These are vinyl compilations of some of the more twisted new wave dance tunes from the 80’s, often represented by original extended 12” mixes that I’d never hope to find otherwise. Nice.

Name Three Of Your Biggest Influences…
The Velvet Underground, Brion Gysin + William Burrough’s book “The Third Mind” Carl Sagan

Who Would Play You In ‘Q-Burns Abstract Message’ The Movie’
I’ve never met or seen him, but I’ve been stopped in airports at least 3 times mistaken for Tim Robbins’ son. So I guess him.

What’s Your Dream?
To continue living an artistic life.

How Do You Escape?
Impenetrable subtitled films.

What Is Your Favourite Possession?
My antique guitar pedal collection.

What Is Your Life Philosophy?
Unfortunately, I think it’s “You’ve got to spend money to make money”.

What’s In Your Pockets?
A minimal wallet and a not-so-minimal ring of keys.

If You Were An Animal, What Animal and Why?
A cat because I half-jokingly think I was one in a past life.

You Are Having A Party, Whom Dead Or Alive Is On The Guest List?
Timothy Leary, Bill Hicks, Tristan Tzara, Aleistar Crowley, Stephen Colbert.

When Was The Last Time You Embarrassed Yourself?
In a dream I had last night. I put on the wrong record at a big party and it was like death metal or something.
