The clue is definitely in the title with this one. Thievery Corporation’s ESL Music mark their 100th release with a collection of remixes and reworks of past releases. Contributions come from far and wide, such as Shawn Lee, Louie Vega, Fort Knox Five, Boca 45, Quantic, Calexico, Beatfanatic, and more (14 tracks in total), working on songs from Joe Bataan, Karminsky Experience, Ursula 1000, Blue States, and of course Thievery Corporation themselves. Satisfyingly rich with so many different sounds and ideas going off, this is the kind of compilation that could easily disappear from parties. Be warned.
