Brooklyn has always been famous for tight rappers, and with the likes of Papoose, Red Café and Saigon making noise, I think everyone should add St. Laz to the list! His vocal tone and unique flow like a river over quality production with tracks such as ‘The Greatest Story Ever Told’ and ‘Here We Go’ showing hefty potential. Stories of street life, social commentary and such a way with words Laz hits the spot. The CD is well-rounded and also features tracks from the likes of Juelz Santana, Peedi, JR Writer, Freeway, Memphis Bleek and Big Skeem making this a must-buy CD for any true fan of East Coast rap. St. Laz is definitely a name I will be watching out for in the future. The true sound of NYC.
