Agoria aka Sebastien Devauds crazed mix-up of weird and wonderful electronic music is nothing short of compelling, and thats just the first five minutes! Theres plenty of dark funkiness to be had here, although it may be a case of acquiring the taste for something more exotic than whats on offer from the more conventional compilations around first. Put it this way it will come as absolutely no surprise when he introduces Bela Lugosis Dead by Goth rockers Bauhaus into the equation by the start of CD two. If anything it all gets much heavier and more atmospheric as it progresses, but then thats all part of the charm.
