A round up of Peace Division singles from the last two years combines to make an effective disc of dark, twisted house music – even when it includes four mixes of the excellent ‘Club Therapy’. John Ciafone and Magik J ensure their differing spins on the original are well charged, but the booming original trumps them – just. Elsewhere the bruising ‘Flashback’ is a big highlight, while the musings of Pleasant Gehman on ‘Blacklight Sleaze’ are well caught in Radio Slave’s two mixes. Strong grooves, then, working well despite the unmixed format.
