Quantic Pres Flowering Inferno
Death Of The Revolution
Tru Thoughts

Will Holland’s Quantic outfit is a true workhorse in terms of output, here releasing his tenth album for Tru Thoughts, further demonstrating how the Quantic sound never stands still, constantly progressing and shape-shifting, yet still undeniably a Quantic recording. ‘Death Of The Revolution’ has the spirit of classic, long-forgotten musicians living in it’s every spin and utterance, an awesome mix of dub, reggae and South American atmosphere. There are a couple of covers like Dennis Brown’s ‘Westbound Train’, but concentrates on originals, ignoring the recent trend for odd / familiar reggae mash-ups – listen to the lovely, hypnotic ‘Dub Del Pacifico’ and you’ll understand exactly. Essential listening, as ever from Quantic, for the summer and way beyond.
