Every now and then someone comes along and breathes new life into house, taking it to the next level, and this time round it’s Glasgow’s Andy Graham aka Sei A. “Editing Shadows” is a remarkable debut, with warm soulful depth and a melodic techno edge, it works it’s way into your system, creating food for thought and sending tingling pulses to the tips of your fingers and toes, as spooky vocals float around atmospheric electronics and sexy infectious rhythms. There’s no point singling out individual cuts, coz from start to finish “Editing Shadows” is in a league of it’s own. Sei A has raised the stakes and set a new level. You need this album.
