Last year’s Ursula 1000 mix CD ‘Ursadelic’ was a helter-skelter ride, and mastermind Alex Gimeno’s third solo album proves to be just as thrilling. Prepare to throw any conceptions out of the window as Prince meets T-Rex in the ultra glam track ‘Hello! Let’s Go To A Disco’, or get the air trombone ready for the humourous ‘Two Tone Rocka’. Throwing caution to the winds, Gimeno uses Brazilian, hip hop, funk, jazz and electro in a heady brew, and as a result ‘Here Comes Tomorrow’ emerges as an energetic, riotous romp, above all a really fun album to listen to and quite unlike anything you’ll hear this year.
