Here we have the fifth installment of the well received Liquid V Club Sessions. On Plate 1 we have the absolutely wicked sounds of the Blueskin alongside two of the most respected vocalists in the scene Singing Fats and Cleveland Watkiss who deliver not one but two full vocal bubblers with serious dance floor move-ability On the A we have Hold The Moment, like a cool breeze the intro floats in warm and easy accentuated by sweet chords and vocal snippets building the vibe up to the drop which is quite simply sublime with Cleveland and Fats sweet vocals throughout the track this one oozes pure good vibes, flip the plate for Feel You Too once again a beautifully produced piece of drum and bass soul emotionally drenched with the vibes of Cleveland and Fats singing all the way through this is real uplifting stuff and will excite and inspire you. Moving on to plate 2 we have the Basic Operations with ‘Bounced Out, again this one sets the vibe right from the start with cool dubby keys and little reggae vocal snips leading to the chorus where the vocal sample knocks you off your feet and then the drop picks you up off the floor and gets you grooving again this one a personal favourite flip over for the sounds of the one like A-Sides alongside female vocalist Jay-Eye together they bring to us the ethereal sounds of Delirious with atmospheric strings and clean and precise beats creating a perfect backing for the Jay-Eye who can do no wrong with her sweet and soulful tones.This ep is inspirational and will lead the way for more full vocal drum and bass to shine.Proper!
