Being released as a 4 piece vinyl series and a CD this is Spirit’s most adventurous outing yet, It is evident that he has lots of influences from his mate Digital and this shows through in his music. The style of Spirit is good up to date production with oldskool values with his samples and sounds, he also loves the Amen break (sometimes a little too much). This LP however stands its ground along side any other release around at the moment and is one that if you are into drum & bass should seek out and give it a whirl.. Highlights on this are Demons, Skirmish and the excellent Calling Card.
