Galantis, Galantis, Galantis. I feel like I am saying this name in my sleep but seriously they are so talented that it is practically criminal. Marrying the songwriting talent of Miike Snow and the production techniques of Style of Eye is probably the best decision
‘Help’ is a feelgood, roaring, anthemic, sing a long reply that promises aid and succour to every heartfelt ‘SOS’ that has ever been sent. ‘The Heart That I’m Hearing’ is a rolling, vocodered, piano driven progressive stomper that will have fists and pecs pumping like pistons on a steam train. ‘Friend Hard Times’ quirky, blues-inflected, vocal looped hypnose delves deep into your disco soul and will have you handing over your worldly possessions in return for just one more hit. It’s aural crack and another hit-laden EP from Galantis.
