George Maple has a voice that flows like syrup on a pancake when you’ve ordered breakfast in bed in a château Parisian hotel that has beds with cloud sized pillows and unfeasibly high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. TA-Ku takes the James Blake / Sbtrkt / Lil Silva route for his remix and delivers a glorious slice of downtempo electronica that breathes and flexes and sweats lightly in the heat. Gorgeous. Moon Boots amps up the tempo to deliver a full vocal, bouncing future house excursion with the sun at its back and the wind in its hair. A hit record waiting to happen.
