Striking just the right balance between deft keyboard dexterity and dancefloor punch is this latest from Guti who now joins forces with King Brain for this release on Defected’s sister label. Two compositions on offer here with the first acting as more thoughtful and atmospheric as whirring sythns provide a haunting sequence of notes in amongst the driving percussion and throbbing bass. The second is tougher, causing a heavier impact, and this time is complimented by rousing piano chords and rolling rhythms that just keep on coming.
