You kind of know this is going to work before even hearing it. And it’s all too easy to describe just how Róisín Murphy’s voice dances across Luca C & Brigante’s pulsating grooves, as the suitably deep music ignites the song with electro Toms beating a cool rhythm, aided by chiming keys adding an extra sense of melody. Solomun then strips back the music to concentrate on punchy drums and bass, although despite their forceful effect, somehow the vocal simply feels best on the Original version. Tale Of Us & Mind Against create more haunting electronic atmospheres which this time are mostly instrumental, leaving Blond:ish to add a shimmering Tech flavour to again give the vocal a different angle.
