Remember the first time you heard ‘French Kiss’ and were so totally and utterly drawn into the hypnotic rambling bass that regardless of how monotonous it was you knew you’d never tire of it? Well Scots Milton Jackson and Sei A (aka Andy Graham) certain do, and take all those elements to make a burbling groove not a million miles removed. It works away at you till you succumb, and that’s what’s really clever – you want to hate it for all those reasons, but you don’t, can’t and won’t. And to think, I thought a Glasgow kiss was being smacked in the face by a drunken yob munching a deep-fried Mars bar at 3am on a Saturday night!
