Love this percussive fuelled production that doesn’t stop at hitting you with a combination of juicy heavy-duty breakbeats but also via a swirling envelope of probing synthesizers. This is another forward thinking arrangement of sounds that doesn’t care too much for the rule book but which none-the-less results in an emotionally charged gem in ‘Sirop’. Next comes the equally unrelenting, ‘Bayan’ this time with tribal infused drums and a funkier twist to its synth lines alongside a flurry of striking FX, dangerously moody stabs and on occasion voices.
