Viers delivers two slices of classy techno for Breach’s ‘Naked Naked’ imprint. ‘Dissipate’ is a relentless, linear bell-prompted stomper that rings true and clear. ‘SMS’ is lunchtime gossip around an old skool typing pool. Gutteral, jazzy synth pads add the bright and upbeat patter to the abrupt 140 character stop at the end. Admirable.
