Culprit 1 is already being hailed as the DJ Shadow of Wales, after releasing the critically acclaimed ‘Sway’ and ‘Hollow’ EP’s. And so on to his third single ‘Tricks’ b/w ‘3RD Addiction’, a fuelled for the dance floor double A-side. ‘Tricks’ has got a certain 90’s feel about it, bringing the mighty Leftfield to mind, alongside progressive barnstormers and Balearic moments. ‘3RD Addiction’ on the flip goes for more of a breaks rave vibe, a bit like an old XL Records 12”. Culprit 1 is turning more than a few heads, better keep an eye on this b boy-yo!
