Very promising debut from East London outfit who use the darker side of
acoustic folk as a jumping off point for early hours atmospheric foragings.
Airy harmonies and deep sonic textures combine to create an atmosphere which
is both opiated and innocent, while ‘Mid-Session Interval’ recalls, for some
reason, the earliest Tyrannosaurus Rex scrabblings [but booted out of
Pixie-land into Barry White’s bidet]. Well worth keeping an eye on.
