“Boogie Boy” features the distant Earworm vocodered vocals of Captain Comatose, getting swept into a vortex of punk funk electro with a sing-a-long shouty chorus, provided by Berlin’s Kaos. The result is like the coming together of two very influential American bands from the 70’s, I.e. Talking Heads & Devo, being put through their paces by New York’s D.F.A., working themselves into a frenzy & having a rapturous good time. The sparse acidic “Bang The Box” is on the flip, accompanied by an instrumental of “Boogie Boy”.
