Brooklyn producer Kotchy, formerly of NY band the Epochs, makes his debut with a limited seven-inch on the new London-based label. The A side nods to his home city’s classic disco-boogie for a different take on lurve while the flip’s ‘Bruce Fleetwood’ is indeed a cheeky hybrid of The Boss and Fleetwood Mac with strained vocal, orchestral sample and ramshackle bass. One to watch.
