Milk Kan are a South London trio that certainly know how to take the piss and have a good laugh. ‘Bling Bling Baby’ is a right ol’ rollocking cockney knees up with a who gives a toss attitude. If you can imagine a Bob Dylan influenced Mike Skinner fronting a band of Herberts with Chas’n’Dave on choruses, then you’re probably gonna enjoy the party. Altogether now ‘So keep on running on your treadmills, and choking on your vitamin pills’. The bonus cuts are ‘Real Fake World’ with it’s good time cheeky chappy Billy Bragg style, and the comical ‘Kill All A&R Men’, ‘I’m sick of your nice shoes and your trendy hair-do wax, I ain’t gonna give up nothing and I want my CD back’.
