JP Verdin’s lovestruck electronica accurately shoots end-of-the-pier daydreaming through a grainy, time-browning lens, with Yael Na•m endearingly recounting a time of etiquette in courting. Verdin himself harmonises to the transforming delicacy ‘Cirkus’, frail yet also full of pomp and circumstance and tenacity. ‘Touch Command’ leaves the promenade for a session in solitude, bleeping & rebounding like a sophisticated arcade puzzler.
