Here comes yet another Swedish band on that classic pop/folk/rock tip. ‘The Comeback’ relies on the usual bag of tricks and twitches that comes with the Scandinavian territory but, despite some evident qualities, struggles to truly convince. Abstract rockers Ratatat get drafted in without bringing much to the equation. However Tommie Sunshine surprises with an anthemic rendition à la Lu Cont, miles away from his regular industrial electro-rave.
