This might be the best record Kirk De Giorgio’s made. Its not electronic at all really but more lush, romantic Rotary Connection type psychedelic soul. And it is beautifully played, sung and produced. And possibly better than 4 Hero’s stab at this kind of thing a few years ago – presumably Peacefrog are spending their Nouvelle Vague winnings wisely.
