The Corrections
Barcode
EMI

The Corrections are a five piece outfit living in London. ‘Barcode’ is the first release to be lifted from their forthcoming album ‘Repeat After Me’. Opening with riffs and drums that doff a cap to art punk legends Wire, and Joe Winter’s vocal which contains certain hints of Bowie and psychedelic scallys The Coral, it’s not long before ‘Barcode’ has got you hooked, with the intensity always building and the choruses getting bigger and bigger, The Corrections end up so taut with overloaded energy, they’re on the verge of shattering. ‘Barcode’ also comes in ‘Blackeyes’ and ‘Psycho Shuffle’ mixes, that also hit the spot. Radiohead watch your backs.
