This comes with portentious post-apocalyptic manifesto about clearing the past and making way for ‘youth, violence and daring’. The three-piece actually recall anyone from Suicide [they hope], ‘Swastika Eyes’-era Primal Scream and even the Jesus & Mary Chain in the noise barrage let loose behind the booming industrial techno grooves. Sheet metal bombast and Alanb Vega-style shouting. piles it on with kick after kick like the Sister Of Mercy being buried under a ton of bricks. The flip’s ‘The Death Of Everything’ ploughs a similarly nasty furrow. Extreme noise terror with gothic underpants will never die.
