Sublime deep house with techno atmosphere bubbles and flows over three intricately musical but atmosphere-laden night-stalkers. ‘Night Bell’ whips up a kind of translucent African feel with marimbas, bells and distant, eerie melodies, heightened by whispery vocals. ‘Sneaky Dee’ plunges into deep house stratas with organ chords and early 90s NY touches. ‘Red Tension’ goes even more subterranean with swirling effects and voices before a jazzy, sax-blessed interlude swells and shimmers, even bumping into Barry White on the bog. The most musical but all quite magical.
