ONNO is a hard hitting techno producer who here teams up with Reelow for two new jams that get remixed by PAWSA. It makes for a tidy three tracker that packs a very real punch and is just the latest in a long line of great releases for the Solid Groove label.
Dont Stop is up first and is a bristling bit of tech house with weird synths, wobbly pads and punch drums. The percussion is metallic and slick and it makes you want to move your ass. Next up is University of Street, which is more paired back and driving. It is a turbo charged tech house cut with warm synths, clever little filters and a great use of sound design to add some key details. Last but not least, PAWSA remixes Don’t Stop. He does so with a funky grasp of groove and removes some of the darkness, making the tune perfect for vibing terraces and cosy clubs all over the world this summer. In all then, all three cuts here offer something well worth hearing.
