As Solomun takes up his weekly pitch at Pacha for the season ahead, he also celebrates the 100th release on his sought-after Diynamic imprint. Taking the reigns himself with a three track EP entitled ‘Customer Is King’, however, it’s the track ‘Dre’ that grabs my interest here. The tranced-out synth hook and intricate programming of gritty electronic layers bubble away creating a nine-minute masterpiece that crosses all realms of deep, tech and progressive boundaries.
